Terms, plainly.

Who we are. SAPTeacher (sapteacher.com) is an independent SAP training initiative and a business unit of I I T INFORMATION SYSTEM L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at No 1-C17, Al Nasr Central — Hall No 1, Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company owns and operates this website and the live training programme, issues invoices, collects fees and holds learner records. The founder advises the programme and does not teach; every batch is taught by a senior SAP practitioner engaged by the company. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

SAP. SAPTeacher is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of SAP SE. SAP and SAP product names are trademarks of SAP SE and are used here only to describe what is taught. We do not offer SAP's official courses or SAP certification exams; our certificate is a SAPTeacher certificate of completion.

Practice systems. SAPTeacher does not host SAP software and does not sell, resell, arrange or bill for SAP system access. Learners who want hands-on practice take access directly from an independent practice-system provider of their choice, under that provider's own terms and at their own cost; the typical cost is told to you before you enrol. Our trainers guide you on the system you bring.

Registering and enrolling. Registering interest is free and is not a booking. A place in a batch is confirmed only when the fee shown to you in writing is paid. Fees and dates are set per batch and told to you before you decide.

Refunds. A full refund if you withdraw in writing before the second session of the batch. No refund after that, except where a batch is cancelled by us, in which case the full fee is returned within 10 working days. Transfers to a later batch are allowed once.

Recordings and materials. Sessions may be recorded for enrolled learners of that batch; the first session of a batch may be published free on SAPTeacher channels — you may ask to be kept off camera. Our slides, exercises and recordings are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Honest promises. We do not guarantee placement, salary or interview calls. We make you job-ready and tell you exactly what that means.
